Oliver is a troubled young man. He fled Montreal to become a painter in Los Angeles, where he’s lived for over a decade with a much older boyfriend, in a complicated relationship that’s been hard for him to manage. Because of this, his career has never quite taken off. He returns to Montreal to help his older sister Natalie, determined to keep the messy details of his private life in LA to himself.
